Your growth record

Every shout-out you receive accrues into your growth record — a running, peer-written account of your impact. You’ll find it on your playbook under “You, Recognized.”

What it shows

• Your themes — recognition grouped by the values it was tagged with, so you can see what you’re consistently appreciated for.
• The actual words — every shout-out, who wrote it, and when.
• The headline — how many teammates have recognised you, and for what most often.

Why it matters

Remote work has a memory problem: you do good work, people appreciate it in the moment, and by review season nobody can remember the specifics. The growth record is the antidote — concrete, dated, peer-authored evidence, written when it happened.

Positive-only, and yours

Two deliberate design choices:

• It’s positive-only. The record holds recognition, never criticism. Harmonic never stores a rating or negative assessment of you.
• It’s employee-visible. It’s your record. Nothing in it is hidden from you or visible to managers but not to you.

Export it

You can copy the record as text or print it — useful for self-reviews, promotion cases, or portfolios. It’s your evidence; take it wherever it helps you.
