Company settings

Settings are available to workspace admins.

Workspace

• Workspace name — how your company appears across Harmonic and in invitation emails. It doesn’t need to be globally unique.
• Admins — grant or remove admin from the People page. Every workspace needs at least one admin; the creator starts as one.

Recognition values

Shout-outs can be tagged with a value — collaboration, craft, customer focus, whatever your team celebrates. Tagged recognition is what powers the themes in each person’s growth record.

Integrations

• Slack — post recognition into a team channel via an incoming webhook. Setup takes about two minutes: see Slack.
